Verizon DSL Jitter Test Take 2

So I finally got my Allworx phone working with my NETGEAR FVX 538 and
Verizon's Westel 6100G series DSL modem after many hours of messing
with it. The long and short of it is make sure you check all of your
port forwarding settings and you put your modem in bridge mode. Here's
the best guide I was able to find regarding swapping the modem over to
bridge mode:
